Bob graduated from Northern Michigan University with a bachelors degree in accounting and finance. After graduation, Bob worked for the US Treasury Department for five years before going into private practice with William Donehoo in 1979. Upon Donehoo's retirement in 1984, Bob partnered with Jim Grimes to form Vogl and Grimes, CPA's. Bob is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants, member and past president and treasurer of the Owosso Rotary Club. Bob has served on several community volunteer boards and spent many years as coach in the youth baseball and soccer programs. |

Randy holds a bachelors degree in accounting from Central Michigan University. Randy's professional experience includes ten years with Maner Costerisan and Ellis PC in Lansing, and and four years with Jackson National Life in Lansing. He is active in various community groups and serves on the Board of Directors for Owosso Memorial Hospital, Shiawassee Regional Chamber of Commerce and Clothesline of Laingsburg. He also maintains ownership of a Subway franchise in Laingsburg. Randy takes pride in serving the individual needs of each client and bringing creative alternatives to issues. Randy is a member of the American Association of Certified Public Accountants and the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants.
